How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your personal data associated with your DotLink account, you can submit a request through one of the following methods:
1. Contact Support
Email us at [support@solutory.com] with the subject “User Data Deletion Request.”
Include your registered phone number or email address for verification.
Our team will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
2. In-App Request(if applicable)
Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data in the DotLink app.
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
What Happens After Data Deletion?
Your personal information, including messages, contacts, and associated metadata, will be permanently removed from our system.
Any active services linked to your account will be discontinued.
Data deletion is irreversible, and you will need to re-register if you wish to use DotLink again.
Exceptions
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes, as required by law or Meta’s policies.
