Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services: The scope of services, including deliverables, timelines, and milestones, will be detailed in the service agreement or proposal. Any modifications to the scope may require an updated agreement and could result in additional costs.
2. Payment Terms: A 30% upfront payment is required before service implementation begins. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion or as per the agreed-upon payment schedule. Late payments may incur a 10% penalty per day past the due date.
3. Client Responsibilities: The client must provide all necessary information, access credentials, and other required materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing essential resources may impact service timelines and project completion.
4. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client will have the right to use the delivered SaaS solution as per the agreed terms. Solutory Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase non- confidential aspects of the project in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client.
5. Revisions and Modifications: The service package includes up to five rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Major changes requested after approval will be considered out of scope and billed separately.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.
7. Warranties and Support: Solutory Tech Solutions ensures that the delivered SaaS product will function as specified for [number] days post- delivery. Bug fixes within this period will be provided at no additional charge. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or additional support will require a separate service agreement.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement, Solutory Tech Solutions will retain the deposit, and additional charges may apply for work completed up to that point.
9. Limitation of Liability: Solutory Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its SaaS solutions.
10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
11. Acceptance: By subscribing to or using our SaaS services, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
