Refund and Return Policy

 

At Solutory Tech Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality SaaS products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

1. Subscription & SaaS Products: Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been extensively used or benefited from within the refund period. Downloadable software products, API keys, and integrations are non-refundable. One-time license fees and customized software solutions are non- refundable.
 
2. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted: If the SaaS product was used beyond a trial period and issues were not reported within the refund window. If a technical issue is identified but cannot be fully resolved, and a partial refund is deemed appropriate. If the cancellation request is made after partial service usage, refunds will be prorated accordingly.

3. Refund Process: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within a specified number of days, credited back to the original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at info@solutory.com .

5. Cancellation Policy: Subscription cancellations can be requested at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the billing period; no refunds will be provided for unused days. Users can manage their subscriptions directly through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

6. Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered in cases of: Duplicate transactions. Technical errors that prevent service access, which remain unresolved despite support efforts. Service failures that do not align with the agreed-upon features and functionalities.
